Primis Financial (FRST) said the Nasdaq hearings advisor has stayed the delisting of the company's shares pending a final decision and set the hearing date for May 15.

The company plans to file its Form 10-K for the year ending Dec. 31, 2024, "as promptly as practicable," it said late Monday.

Primis expects to file prior to the hearing, by which time the company will be in compliance with Nasdaq's listing rules.
