智通财经APP讯，中国智能科技(00464)发布公告，于2025年4月14日(联交所交易时段后)，公司(作为发行人)与六名认购人订立六份认购协议，据此，认购人已有条件同意认购及公司已有条件同意按每股认购股份0.22港元之认购价配发及发行合共4600万股认购股份。认购价为每股认购股份0.22港元较股份于认购协议日期于联交所所报收市价每股0.27港元折让约18.52%;。
待完成后，认购事项之所得款项总额将为约1010万港元及认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除其他认购事项开支后)将为约1000万港元。预期该等认购事项所得款项净额将用作偿还贷款及一般营运资金。
