Mercury Systems (MRCY) said Tuesday it has entered into a supply agreement under which Cicor will acquire a manufacturing operation in Switzerland and supply Mercury with electronic products over the next five years.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Mercury said it will transition its Swiss electronic board manufacturing operations to Cicor, allowing its facilities in Switzerland, Spain, and the UK to focus on their core operations of engineering design and systems integration.
As part of the agreement, Mercury will purchase boards from Cicor while continuing to source boards from its US operations, the company said.
The transaction is expected to be completed within a month, Mercury said.
