BRILLIANCE CHI(01114)发布公告，于2025年4月14日，买方(本公司的间接非全资附属公司)已就透过于沈阳联合产权交易所以公开挂牌方式竞买该等资产(136项机器设备，包括冲压设备以及研究及开发设备)的建议购买事项交纳保证金。竞买于交纳保证金后成为不可撤回。中标竞买人将须就建议购买事项与卖方(或其附属公司)订立资产转让合同。该等资产的底价为人民币5440.505万元。

于重整前，买方主要从事汽车及汽车零部件制造及销售业务，一直利用由华晨提供的冲压车间以及研究及开发设备生产汽车及开发新车型。由于进行重整，买方自2022年1月起暂停业务营运。

于2024年5月底重整完成后，买方逐步重新开展其汽车及汽车零部件制造及销售业务。建议购买事项构成资本投资的一部分，将可提升买方的产能及产量，并可让买方能够满足对其汽车日益增长的需求。由于该等资产已安装妥当，位置邻近买方厂房，故建议购买事项将有助买方重新开展汽车制造业务，并可减少装配及安装冲压以及研究及开发设备所需的时间及成本。
