智通财经APP获悉，周一，英特尔(INTC.US)涨逾4%，报20.55美元。消息面上，4月14日，英特尔宣布已与私募股权公司银湖(Silver Lake)达成最终协议，将向其出售旗下可编程芯片业务Altera 51%的股份，此次交易对Altera的估值为87.5亿美元。交易完成后，英特尔将继续持有Altera业务剩余49%的股份。
据悉，Altera是全球可编程芯片领域的佼佼者，专注于FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)、CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)和结构化ASIC技术，其产品广泛应用于通信、数据中心和工业自动化等领域。
