4月14日，第五届中国国际消费品博览会4月13日-18日在海南海口举办，瑞幸咖啡以“第五届中国国际消费品博览会推荐咖啡品牌”身份亮相大会。

　　据悉，在本次消博会上，瑞幸首次提出了“咖啡+”生态。对此，瑞幸咖啡董事长兼首席执行官郭谨一进行了深度解读。

　　郭谨一表示，咖啡行业是一个连接了几亿群众、几亿客户非常重要的消费平台，提出“咖啡+”生态主要出于两层考量。

　　第一层，是“咖啡+海南”。

　　郭谨一认为，海南是瑞幸最大的爆品生椰拿铁的诞生地，咖啡历史也非常悠久，一方面可以围绕着海南的咖啡产业优势，持续在当地扩大在门店和产业链方面的投资。另一方面，也可以围绕着自贸港封关运行后的区位优势，使海南成为瑞幸面向国际的重要基地、桥头堡。

　　第二层，是“咖啡+椰子”。

　　郭谨一说道，“瑞幸的生椰拿铁到目前为止已经推出了四年，累计卖出超过了12亿杯。瑞幸已经间接成为中国最大的椰子进口商和销售商之一。我们希望依托海南的椰子产业优势，与上下游的合作伙伴一起进一步把椰子产业做大，进一步擦亮海南的‘椰子名片’，打到全国，再打向世界。”（张奥）
