APA (APA) said Monday that Ben Rodgers will become its chief financial officer on May 12, succeeding Stephen Riney, who will continue in his role as president at the energy exploration and production company.
Rodgers has worked at APA since 2018, most recently as its senior vice president for finance and treasurer. He also is a director at Khalda Petroleum, which is a joint venture between APA's Apache subsidiary and Egypt Petroleum, the company said.
APA also said on Monday that it has hired Shad Frazier from privately-held Endeavor Energy Resources to be senior vice president for its US onshore operations, effective immediately. It also has selected Donald Martin at Spirit Energy to be its vice president for decommissioning, starting on May 26.
APA shares were up 0.2% in early trading.
