APA Names Ben Rodgers Chief Financial Officer

APA has promoted Ben Rodgers to executive vice president and chief financial officer of the oil and natural gas producer, effective May 12.

APA on Monday said Steven Riney, who has been serving as president and chief financial officer, will remain president of the Houston company, overseeing asset development and operations.

Rodgers, 45 years old, joined APA in 2018 and has been senior vice president of finance and treasurer since last April.

APA said Rodgers will receive an annual base salary of $625,000 as finance chief and an annual bonus with a target of 100% of his base pay.
