PANews 4月15日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，吉尔吉斯斯坦共和国总统下属国家投资署与币安创始人赵长鹏（CZ）签署了一份战略谅解备忘录（MoU），任命他为吉尔吉斯斯坦国家区块链发展、加密货币监管和Web3创新的官方顾问。
根据该协议，CZ将为吉尔吉斯斯坦政府提供关于构建前瞻性数字资产框架的指导，包括区块链基础设施的技术支持和政策制定。此次合作还聚焦于加速人才培养，为去中心化金融（DeFi）和Web3技术的创新营造有利环境。
