　　山东黄金（01787）发布公告，预计2025年第一季度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润为人民币9.50亿元至人民币11.30亿元，与上年同期相比增加人民币2.50亿元到人民币4.30亿元，同比增加35.74%到61.45%。

　　预计2025年第一季度实现归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为人民币9.51亿元至人民币11.31亿元，与上年同期相比增加人民币2.42亿元到人民币4.22亿元，同比增加34.05%到59.41%。

　　2025年第一季度，公司统筹优化生产布局，强化核心技术攻关，提升精细管理水平，在科学匹配项目建设的同时，显着提升运营效能，实现生产效率与资源利用率、项目建设速度的协同提升，同时叠加黄金价格上行因素，公司利润同比涨幅较大，顺利实现首季“开门红”。
