　　美国财政部长斯科特·贝森特周一在接受彭博采访时表示，他将在今年秋天启动面试程序，遴选下一任美联储主席。现任主席杰罗姆·鲍威尔的任期将于2026年5月结束。

　　贝森特在采访中重申尊重美联储在货币政策方面的独立性，称这是“一只必须被保护的珠宝盒”。他补充说，关于监管政策可以有更多讨论空间，因为“美联储只是多个银行监管机构之一”。

　　被问及是否在近期与鲍威尔的例行会谈中讨论过对美国国债市场的担忧时，贝森特回应：“我认为我们距离那一步还很远。”至于鲍威尔本人是否表达了担忧，贝森特表示：“如果真有这种情况，我想我们会听到美联储主席的看法。”（国际财闻汇）
