CCReB Advisors (TYO:276A) launched a master lease business for hazardous materials warehouses, aimed at improving real estate efficiency for corporate landowners, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The initiative, set to begin on Sept. 1, will focus on land in the Tokyo, Tokai, and Kinki regions.
CCReB will lease hazardous materials warehouses to companies, addressing rising demand from industries like semiconductor and EV manufacturing.
The company expects to complete the first buildings by 2027.
