智通财经APP获悉，映恩生物-B(09606)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价94.6港元，共发行1733.23万股股份，每手100股，所得款项净额约15.13亿港元。截至发稿，涨91.33%，报181港元，成交额7.82亿港元。
公开资料显示，映恩生物于2020年正式运营，是抗体偶联药物（ADC）领域的全球领跑者。其中多项临床阶段的ADC，在17个国家230多个临床试验中心开展7项全球临床试验，已入组超过2000多名患者，50%患者来自海外。公司拥有自主研发的两款核心产品，即DB-1303/BNT323（一款靶向HER2癌症（包括子宫内膜癌（EC）及乳腺癌（BC））的HER2 ADC候选药物）及DB-1311/BNT324（一款靶向B7-H3癌症（包括小细胞肺癌（SCLC）、去势抵抗性前列腺癌（CRPC）及食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC））的B7-H3 ADC候选药物）。
此外，公司有五项处于临床阶段的资产已获得美国食品药品管理局（FDA）及中国国家药品监督管理局的研究用新药（IND）批准。公司的创新ADC资产已吸引领先的生物制药公司，并已建立数个全球合作伙伴关系，包括与BioNTech、百济神州、Adcendo、GSK、Avenzo的合作，交易总价值逾60亿美元。
