Qiao Dewei has resigned as Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group's (HKG:1330) chairman and an executive director due to work adjustment effective April 11, an April 13 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The Chinese waste incinerator will name a new chairman of the board as soon as possible.
