智通财经APP获悉，Alphabet(GOOGL.US)旗下谷歌在英国面临一项重大集体诉讼，索赔金额超过50亿英镑(约合66亿美元)。原告指控谷歌滥用其在搜索市场 “近乎完全的主导地位”，导致价格上涨。
该诉讼称，谷歌利用其在搜索引擎市场的主导地位限制竞争对手，使其成为在线搜索广告领域唯一可行的选择。
诉讼还指出，谷歌向苹果公司支付了数十亿美元，使其成为Safari浏览器的默认搜索引擎，并且与其他智能手机制造商达成协议，在安卓设备上预装谷歌搜索和Chrome浏览器。
此次诉讼由法律学者奥尔·布鲁克代表自2011年1月1日以来使用谷歌搜索广告服务的英国机构提起，她由Geradin Partners律师事务所代理。
据报道，布鲁克在一份声明中表示：“如今，英国的企业和机构，无论规模大小，几乎别无选择，只能使用谷歌广告来推广其产品和服务。世界各地的监管机构都将谷歌视为垄断企业，而在谷歌搜索首页获得一席之地对提高曝光度至关重要。”
她还补充道：“谷歌一直在利用其在通用搜索和搜索广告市场的主导地位向广告商收取过高费用。此次集体诉讼旨在让谷歌为其非法行为负责，并代表被多收费的英国广告商寻求赔偿。”
截至发稿，谷歌周三盘前股价下1.96%。
