瑞财经 严明会4月15日，北京金万众机械科技股份有限公司（以下简称：金万众）在北京证监局完成IPO辅导备案，拟北交所IPO，辅导机构第一创业证券。

据瑞财社查阅，金万众曾申请沪市主板IPO，2024年4月撤单，2024年6月主板IPO终止。

金万众成立于2011年，注册资本6000万元，主要从事刀具及配套产品销售业务和刀具应用延伸服务，拥有自有品牌“刃天行”。

金万众以第三方品牌分销业务为主，占营收比例约87%，自主生产产品销售金额占比较低。公司目前是住友品牌刀具在中国销售额最大的代理商，京瓷在中国销售额最大的代理商。

此前主板招股书披露，公司控股股东、实际控制人为孙小明。孙小明直接持有公司78.6167%的股份，同时通过悦依科技、冲势科技、鸿营科技分别控制公司4.12%、3.84%、3.7%股份的表决权，合计控制公司90.28%股份的表决权，任公司董事长、总经理。

孙小明，1968年出生，毕业于北京理工大学管理信息系统专业，早年曾任职机械工业部经济信息中心，1999年3月至2011年3月于北京金万众机电技术有限公司任职总经理。

2024年上半年，公司最大客户为比亚迪，收入占比2.36%，客户集中度低。
