X3 Holdings (XTKG) said Wednesday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement, and the matter is now closed.

The company had previously received a notice on April 10, 2024 for failing to maintain a minimum share price of $1 for 30 consecutive business days, which is required under Nasdaq rules. It was given until April 7, 2025 to resolve the issue, X3 said.

X3 Holdings has now met the requirement by maintaining a closing share price of $1 or higher for 10 straight business days between March 17 and April 11, the company added.

Shares of X3 Holdings rose 2.7% in recent trading.
