【日本经济顾问：日本在与美国的关税谈判中有“很多牌”可打】金十数据4月16日讯，日本首相高级经济顾问、日本饮料制造商三得利CEO新浪刚史（Takeshi Niinami）表示，日本在与美国的关税谈判中有“很多牌”可以打。新浪刚史表示，他对美日贸易谈判持“谨慎乐观”态度。他指出，日本一直是美国最大的外国投资者，也是美国国债的最大外国持有者。因此，日本应该讨论更多在美国投资的机会，并将保持其大量的美国国债库存，新浪刚史说，“我们知道美国总统（非常关注）债券市场。”日本持有约1.1万亿美元的美债，特朗普此前表示，债券市场的抛售是他改变“对等”关税政策的部分原因。此外，新浪刚史说，日本政府可能采取的另一个举措是讨论从美国购买军事装备，目前日本正努力将国防开支提高到GDP的2%。他还说，虽然在目前的情况下，日本在美国投资并不理想，但他承认，美国的生产率远高于其他国家，这使得市场具有吸引力。“我认为我们不喜欢美国目前的计划，但我们希望继续在美国投资，”他总结道。
