Paychex (PAYX) said Monday it has completed its all-cash acquisition of Paycor HCM (PYCR) for $22.50 a share, representing about $4.1 billion in enterprise value. .
Paychex also said it expects annual cost synergies of over $80 million in fiscal 2026 and for the deal to be accretive to adjusted diluted EPS in fiscal 2026.
