智通财经APP讯，中国中铁(00390)公布，近日，公司取得中国工商银行股份有限公司北京市分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，承诺为公司提供不超过人民币 16 亿元且不高于实际执行回购计划 90%的公司股票回购专项贷款，专项用于公司以集中竞价交易方式回购公司 A 股股份，贷款期限不超过 3 年。
