智通财经APP讯，新高教集团(02001)公布，于2025年4月14日，海南省教育厅、海口市人民政府、斯泰恩拜斯大学资产与管理学院有限责任公司及北京新高教文化发展有限公司(公司一家全资附属公司)订立学校办学合作协议，旨在于海南自由贸易港筹办一所开展本科及以上学历层次教育、具有独立法人资格的高等教育机构。
董事会相信，合作协议将使各方能充分利用各自在教育及科研领域的经验，以及资源及基础设施的支持，促进更加多样化及实践性合作。此举将有助于培养具有国际视野的精英人才。
