IonQ (IONQ) said Wednesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with Intellian Technologies to explore the use of quantum networking in satellite communications.
The non-binding MoU advances IonQ's strategy to advance South Korea's quantum research and commercialization plans, according to a statement.
Shares of IonQ were down 2.2% in recent trading.
