【俄前财长：美方已经无法提出新的对俄制裁】金十数据4月16日讯，据俄罗斯卫星通讯社报道，俄罗斯前财政部副部长、俄罗斯对外经济银行资深银行家斯托尔恰克表示，美方很难针对俄罗斯实施新一套制裁，因为俄罗斯经济所有最敏感的领域都已经遭到制裁。路透社早前援引相关法案内容报道，美国国会众议院的民主党代表提出了关于收紧对俄制裁的法案。斯托尔恰克表示：“我认为，俄罗斯经济最敏感的方面已经遭到触犯，比如石油、天然气、物流，以及商品、服务、缴费、偿还债务以及收取欠债的转账问题。这些领域都处于制裁之下。很难推测美方想要什么，以及他们如何‘搬起石头砸自己的脚’。”
