红星资本局4月16日消息，今日，有多位网友在社交媒体反馈京东（09618.HK）外卖“崩了”，其界面显示“网络不给力哦，请重试”等字样。有网友表示“准备点外卖，刷半天了出不来”。

　　截至下午14时，红星资本局查询京东外卖平台发现已恢复正常。

　　红星资本局注意到，14是22分，京东官方发布回应称，因百亿补贴活动过于火爆，京东外卖的流量达到了平时的4倍，系统出现了不到20分钟的短暂异常。目前已经紧急修复了问题，服务已经全面恢复。
