金融界4月16日消息，A股三大指数收盘涨跌不一，中证金融地产指数 (800金地，000934)上涨0.49%，报5619.92点，成交额569.85亿元。
数据统计显示，中证金融地产指数近一个月下跌4.91%，近三个月下跌0.49%，年至今下跌4.44%。
据了解，中证金融地产指数选取中证800指数样本中属于金融和房地产行业的上市公司证券作为指数样本，以反映中证800指数样本中金融和房地产上市公司证券的整体表现。该指数以2004年12月31日为基日，以1000.0点为基点。
从指数持仓来看，中证金融地产指数十大权重分别为：中国平安（9.33%）、招商银行（9.09%）、兴业银行（5.34%）、东方财富（4.46%）、工商银行（4.3%）、中信证券（4.26%）、交通银行（3.18%）、国泰海通（3.15%）、农业银行（2.98%）、江苏银行（2.48%）。
从中证金融地产指数持仓的市场板块来看，上海证券交易所占比83.83%、深圳证券交易所占比16.17%。
从中证金融地产指数持仓样本的行业来看，金融占比95.38%、房地产占比4.62%。
资料显示，指数样本每半年调整一次，样本调整实施时间分别为每年6月和12月的第二个星期五的下一交易日。遇临时调整时，当中证800指数调整样本时，指数样本随之进行相应调整。在样本公司有特殊事件发生，导致其行业归属发生变更时，将对指数样本进行相应调整。当样本退市时，将其从指数样本中剔除。样本公司发生收购、合并、分拆等情形的处理，参照计算与维护细则处理
