由王新兴集团发展，新世界(00017.HK) 协助销售的九龙湾泰峰早前取得满意纸。王新兴集团董事总经理王惠贞指，将于复活节后陆续通知业主收楼。
王惠贞表示，项目自3月25日开放现楼予客户参观，累积售出超过50个单位，整个项目累售533个单位，总成交金额逾36亿元。当中，约八成买家自用，另两成为投资客。
她指，有机会本月内推出余下单位，当中三房单位料招标形式推售。她续表示，稍后将开放现楼示范单位予公众参观，不排除余下单位有提价空间。
