4月16日金融一线消息，新华保险今日发布关于董事会秘书任职资格获核准的公告。公告显示，公司于近日收到国家金融监督管理总局（以下简称“金融监管总局”）《关于刘智勇新华人寿保险股份有限公司董事会秘书任职资格的批复》（金复[2025]237号），金融监管总局已核准刘智勇担任公司董事会秘书的任职资格，刘智勇董事会秘书的任职自2025年4月10日起生效。

　　据新华保险披露的简历，刘智勇，1972年3月出生，中国国籍。自2024年3月起担任新华保险总裁助理。曾任中国投资有限责任公司人力资源部高级经理、研究规划组组长，中央汇金投资有限责任公司证券机构管理部/保险机构管理部派出监事，新华保险人力资源部总经理，新华保险党委组织部部长，兼新华党校副校长、新华保险干部研修院常务副院长。曾就职于中国人民财产保险股份有限公司（香港联合交易所股份代码：02328）。于2017年1月取得中国人民大学管理学博士学位，具有经济师资格。
