消息面上，TCL电子近日宣布推出2025年附带业绩兑现条件的股权激励计划，向860名核心员工授予约9149.8万股股份，考核目标为2025-2027年扣非净利润较2024年(16.1亿港元)实现阶梯式增长。开源证券指，公司发布新一轮股权激励计划，2025/2026年利润考核目标较前次上调，彰显长期增长信心。伴随国内外产品和渠道升级及拓展，继续看好公司长期利润率提升。此外，全球产业布局有效应对关税政策变动，渠道结构升级+空白渠道拓展逻辑不变。
天风证券表示，TCL电子为全球彩电行业领先企业，持续修炼中高端+全球化运营能力带动TV业务份额稳步扩张，同时在主航道之外夯实光伏、全品类营销、互联网业务等增长动能。近期外部贸易环境的扰动造成对股价的过激反应，公司及集团持续完善全球化产业布局，从输出产品转变为与当地共建工业能力布局，有望实现适宜的产销调配和稳健应对。
