【深圳：重点支持新能源等符合条件的企业上市及再融资】金十数据4月14日讯，近日，中国人民银行深圳市分行联合深圳金融监管局、深圳证监局等部门印发《关于统筹做好深圳绿色金融大文章支持碳达峰试点城市建设的行动方案》，其中提出，强化多层次资本市场绿色融资功能。发挥多层次资本市场和创业投资优势，重点支持新能源、节能环保、高端能源装备等符合条件的企业上市及再融资，引导募集资金投向节能减排项目和绿色低碳转型项目。支持重点领域符合国家政策导向、社会效益良好的项目开展基础设施领域不动产投资信托基金(REITS)试点，为相关绿色项目提供中长期资金支持。鼓励开发绿色低碳和可持续发展主题的资产管理产品。支持成立投资绿色产业和项目的股权投资基金、创业投资基金等私募基金。
