部分内房股逆势上扬，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨3.52%，报1.47港元；融信中国(03301)涨1.41%，报0.216港元；新城发展(01030)涨1.04%，报1.94港元；远洋集团(03377)涨0.6%，报0.169港元。

消息面上，国家统计局今早公布的数据显示，2025年3月份，住房市场成交活跃度提升，70个大中城市中，商品住宅销售价格环比上涨城市个数增加；一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比上涨，二三线城市环比总体降幅收窄；各线城市同比降幅均继续收窄。国金证券近期指出，考虑到关税冲击相比前期有所升温，内需刺激政策必要性持续提升，近期部分城市已经开展地产政策的研究和储备工作，预计地产或将成为刺激政策的重要抓手。此外3月去化率强势的城市反映出强产品力是支撑市场热度的关键，产品力强势的房企有望突出重围。
