【关税豁免 有两大信号值得关注】金十数据4月14日讯，美国豁免征收部分商品“对等关税”，在这个周末彻底刷屏。然而，此刻有两大信号值得关注。一是当地时间周六（4月12日），当被问及他对半导体豁免计划的理由时，特朗普在空军一号上表示：“我会在周一给你答案，会非常具体地说明。”因此，大概率要等特朗普定调之后，才知道这个“利好”能否支撑行情。二是美国官员称，特朗普将很快对半导体启动新的国家安全贸易调查，这可能会导致其他新关税。民生证券认为，豁免产品并不是完全取消税率，关税警报并未解除。首先，由于豁免仅针对125%的“对等关税”，所以对于中国而言，今年2月和3月增加的20%依然存在；其次，联想到本轮“对等关税”政策同样也豁免了被单独征收关税的行业，比如汽车、钢铝等，因此结合特朗普的关税计划，之后很可能会针对半导体、芯片等行业额外加征关税。
