中远海运港口(01199)发布公告，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道)将于公司即将举行的股东周年大会结束时任期届满并退任公司核数师。

按照审核委员会的推荐意见，董事会已议决建议委任香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司(立信德豪)作为罗兵咸永道退任后的公司新核数师，并须待公司股东于股东周年大会上批准及立信德豪完成客户接纳程序后，方可作实。
