【苏美达：拟以6.71元/股价格购买蓝科高新16.92%股份】金十数据4月16日讯，苏美达公告，公司与国机资产管理有限公司签署《关于甘肃蓝科石化高新装备股份有限公司之股份转让协议书》，拟通过非公开协议转让方式购买国机资产所持有的甘肃蓝科石化高新装备股份有限公司股份6000万股，约占蓝科高新总股本的16.92%，转让价格为人民币6.71元/股，交易总价款为人民币4.03亿元，资金来源为自有资金。本次交易构成关联交易，未构成重大资产重组。交易完成后，公司持有蓝科高新21.72%的股权，蓝科高新将成为公司控股子公司，并纳入公司合并报表范围。
