ASTI Holdings (SGX:575) said SGX Regulation has no objection to its request of more time to hold its annual general meeting for the year ended December 2024, allowing the meeting to take place by June 30, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company had asked for an extension to Aug. 15 but was granted a shorter window, subject to several conditions.
These include confirming no material information remains undisclosed and that the waiver does not breach any laws or the firm's constitution.
ASTI said it considers the SGX conditions met following its confirmation to the exchange on April 14. It has also applied to Singapore's corporate regulator ACRA for an extension and will update shareholders once a decision is made.
