智通财经APP讯，华润置地(01109)发布公告，截至2025年3月31日止一个月，本公司及其附属公司(本集团)实现总合同销售金额约人民币261.0亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约90.6万平方米，分别按年减少13.3%及27.9%。2025年前3月累计合同销售金额约人民币512.0亿元，总合同销售建筑面积约197.9万平方米，分别按年增长0.9%及减少11.8%。
2025年3月，本集团经常性收入约人民币40.0亿元，按年增长8.5%，其中，经营性不动产业务租金收入约人民币25.7亿元，按年增长12.3%。2025年前3月累计经常性收入约人民币123.9亿元，按年增长10.6%，其中，经营性不动产业务租金收入约人民币80.3亿元，按年增长12.6%。
