Auctus Investment Group (ASX:AVC) formally changed its company name to Pier 12 Capital Limited, following shareholders' approval on April 3, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's ASX ticker will remain as "AVC" until its proposed delisting takes effect on May 8, the filing said.
