近期，就在中国移动密集启动一批二级干部调整之际，山东移动管理层新增董事成员颜承捷。

而根据惯例，也就意味着他大概率会履新山东移动副总经理级别的干部。

资料显示，颜承捷之前曾担任过中国移动集团办公室董事会工作处处长。这个职位非常重要，所以，他在中国移动集团总部无人不知。

颜承捷早年在信息产业部电信研究院企业管理研究所工作，当时的所长应该是王育民。这个研究所主要是为企业做战略规划和市场营销咨询项目的，特别是在电信运营商的战略规划和管理咨询方面有着丰富的经验。

所以，颜承捷早年对运营商的业务就非常熟悉，站得高、看得远，发表过不少论文。

后来，颜承捷调到了中国电信集团工作，曾任中国电信集团政企部市场经营部经理。

自2022年起，他又频繁以苏州移动副总经理的身份亮相媒体，牵头了当地不少政企业务合作，其实是因为他当时去苏州移动挂职锻炼了。

但目前为止，他尚未以新身份亮相媒体。

今年以来，山东移动管理层有不小的变动，其中海南移动原副总经理张学植，平调回山东移动出任副总经理，山东移动原副总经理位莅到龄退居二线。
