BlockBeats 消息，4 月 16 日，据 TheBlock 报道，以太坊 NFT 与游戏项目 CyberKongz 宣布美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已结束对其调查，未作出任何指控或执法行动。
昨日 CyberKongz 在 X 平台上发文确认 SEC 的调查已正式结束，并透露将启动“品牌重塑”计划。CyberKongz 表示 SEC 的执法团队提出“一个令人非常担忧的论调，即不能在未将其注册为证券的情况下，将代币（ERC-20）与区块链游戏结合使用”。
