格隆汇4月16日｜Meta首席执行官扎克伯格周二出席美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)的反垄断审讯中表示，曾考虑于2018年将Instagram分拆为一家独立公司，因忧虑Instagram会损害Facebook社交网络。扎克伯格又承认，认为Meta可能会在未来5到10年内被分拆，他们对是否应该提前考虑该可能的结果值得探讨。至于被问及在2012年的一封电子邮件作为内部通信的证据，朱克伯格承认，与Facebook当时的努力相比，Instagram的产品开发得更好，相机也更好，他称构建一个新应用程式很困难，但回避关于消除竞争对手的问题。FTC针对Meta反垄断审讯于周一开始，预计将持续至少八周。
