2024年7月11日成立的华安百联消费封闭式基础设施证券投资基金，募集金额达233,200万元，原始权益人为上海百联集团股份有限公司。基金成功发行后，原始权益人净回收资金123,585.35万元。截至2024年12月31日，原始权益人使用净回收资金29,409.22万元，净回收资金余额94,176.13万元。
变更前，原净回收资金拟投资于青浦二期项目、济南高新项目、青浦百联奥莱（B9B10）、成都熊猫基地项目。2025年4月14日，原始权益人拟变更净回收资金投向，变更后净回收资金拟投资项目为青浦二期项目、成都熊猫基地项目，原始权益人已履行内部审批程序并向监管部门完成报备。该变更事项对基金份额持有人权益无实质性影响。
