　　雅生活服务（03319.HK）2024年度业绩投资者推介会：2024年，雅生活在面临房地产行业低迷和母公司雅居乐控股出险的背景下，首次出现业绩亏损。雅生活调整了业务策略，切断与地产或关联方的垫资业务，并优化经营结构，出清低效项目约300个，聚焦主业和核心项目。尽管市场环境不佳，雅生活仍实现了服务收缴率超过96%，客户满意度提升至91%，市场拓展收入达到13亿元。2024年，雅生活总收入为138.67亿元，同比下降10.2%，其中物业服务收入同比增长1.6%，而业主增值服务收入同比下降44.7%。公司通过聚焦高质量项目、深耕核心区域及优化业务结构，保持了业务的稳健发展。
