0123 GMT - Singapore's FTSE Straits Times Index is little changed at 3623.15 as investors weigh U.S. tariff developments. These include last Friday's tariff exemptions on consumer electronics and a possible auto-sector tariff reprieve by President Trump, Commerzbank Research analysts say in a report. Meanwhile, probes on chip, drug and critical mineral imports could result in new tariffs, the analysts say. Among best performers, Singapore Technologies Engineering rises 2.2% and Mapletree Logistics Trust adds 1.75%. Top decliners include Hongkong Land, which falls 1.2%, and Venture Corp., which sheds 1.3%. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
