Amplify Energy (AMPY) said Tuesday it amended its merger plan with Juniper Capital's upstream Rocky Mountain portfolio companies wherein Juniper will contribute an incremental $10 million in cash to further reduce the net debt of the combined companies.
Amplify said it plans to file supplemental proxy materials reflecting the amendment with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in the coming days. A special meeting for stockholders to approve the proposals is scheduled for April 23.
