智通财经APP获悉，荣利营造(09639)涨超5%，高见0.77港元创上市新高，该股月内累计涨幅超七成。截至发稿，涨7.14%，报0.75港元，成交额279.95万港元。
消息面上，荣利营造月初公布，4月1日，买方(为公司间接全资附属公司荣利新能源有限公司)及卖方中富香港机械有限公司订立购买协议，拟向卖方收购1套电池充电与更换一体站、1套电动挖机远程遥控仓及其他杂项组件，总代价为约173.18万港元。购买事项及先前购买事项的总代价为约2262.14万港元。
据悉，荣利营造是一家从事土木及电缆工程以及太阳能光伏系统工程的新一代香港基建承建商。2023年，荣利营造已成为香港最大的电缆及民用管道安装分包商。荣利营造的收入主要来自土木工程、电缆工程及太阳能光伏系统三大业务，其中土木工程是主要收入来源，占比75.8%。截至2024年9月30日止六个月，该项业务收入达到3.04亿港元，同比大幅增长111%。
