【#一季度经济增速超预期##消费增速超预期回升#】备受市场关注的一季度经济数据于4月16日对外发布。今年一季度国内生产总值（GDP）同比实际增长5.4%，超出市场预期。

其中，3月份规模以上工业增加值同比实际增长7.7%，比前值大幅回升1.8个百分点；社会消费品零售总额同比增长5.9%，比1~2月份加快1.9个百分点。一季度，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）同比增长4.2%，比上年全年加快1.0个百分点。

国家统计局副局长盛来运当日在国新办发布会上表示，一季度经济开局良好，高质量发展向新向好，彰显了中国经济强大的韧性和潜力。目前依靠内需和创新驱动的新格局正在形成。政策效应持续显现，对推动经济实现良好开局发挥了重要作用。

盛来运强调，持续推动经济回升向好，需要付出更加艰巨的努力。以中国经济的稳定增长和高质量发展的确定性应对外部变化的不确定性。将会根据外部形势的变化及时推出增量政策，丰富的政策工具箱是应对外部冲击和挑战的保障。

消费增速的超预期回升，对推动经济企稳回升发挥了至关重要的作用。

3月社会消费品零售总额同比增长5.9%，增速较1~2月上升1.9个百分点，带动一季度社会消费品零售总额累计同比增长4.6%。比去年全年提升1.1个百分点。其中，3月汽车以外的消费品零售额同比增长6%，增速较1~2月加快1.2个百分点。
