专题：拼多多等27只中概股有望回流香港，市值超万亿

　　阿斯达克财经消息，高盛发表报告，近几个月来，未在香港进行第二/双重主要上市的中概股的表现大幅落后于同类股票，这表明退市风险再次成为投资者关注的焦点。

　　高盛认为，鉴于一旦发生破坏性流动性事件，若相关中概股在香港进行双重主要上市或第二上市，美国投资者可以灵活地将其ADR转换为香港股票，该些公司在香港上市的潜在可能性可能会催化重新评级。

　　高盛估计有27家中概股将有资格在香港进行双重主要上市或第二上市(相关股份见文末)。

　　根据现行港交所上市规则，中概股回流香港第二上市：

• 具不同投票权中概股，必须至少两个完整会计年度期间保持良好合规纪录，上市时市值不低于400亿港元，或市值不低于100亿港元但收入不低于10亿港元。

• 无不同投票权的中概股，若拥有不少于五个完整会计年度保持良好合规记录，则上市时市值不低于30亿港元；或不少于两个完整会计年度保持良好合规记录，上市时市值不低于100亿港元。

• 如果为信誉良好历史悠久的公司，且市值远超100亿港元，则有关上市纪录准则可能获得豁免。
