招股书显示，映恩生物是一家专注于抗体偶联药物（ADC）研发的全球领跑企业，聚焦癌症及自身免疫性疾病领域。公司依托自主研发的四大技术平台，构建了差异化显著的创新管线，涵盖12款自主研发的ADC候选药物。目前，映恩生物有五项处于临床阶段的资产已获得美国食品药品管理局（FDA）及中国国家药品监督管理局的研究用新药（IND）批准。

由于目前映恩生物未有商业化产品的销售收入，公司净利仍处于亏损状态。据悉，映恩生物本次IPO是自2022年以来，通过港股18A规则上市融资规模最大的生物科技公司。
