消息面上，三一国际此前发布2024年度报告，全年公司实现营业收入219亿，同比增长8%；由于油服及地产存货减值，公司实现归母净利润11亿元，同比下降43%。期内公司实现海外收入81.7亿元，同比增长28.4%；其中矿山装备实现海外收入35.80亿元，同比增长27.5%；物流装备实现海外收入44.71亿元，同比增长25.8%。
中信建投指出，公司大港机、小港机、矿车、采煤机和掘进机等产品销售至亚洲、欧洲、非洲、美洲等国家和地区。展望来看，2025 年公司海外战略规划清晰，对应出海产品竞争力较强，钢性矿卡、伸缩臂叉车等亮点产品有望继续打开市场空间，实现海外业务的快速增长。此外，公司新兴业务板块短期盈利压力较大，远期成长空间充足。
