智通财经APP讯，律齐文化(00550)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布，于2025年4月15日，服务提供商深圳律齐(公司的直接非全资附属公司)与服务接收方(京基集团有限公司)订立推广合作框架协议，据此，服务提供商须向服务接收方提供广告及推广服务。
公告称，公司一直透过向京基集团提供广告及推广服务，发展其于中国的广告及推广分部的业务，而公司对发展进度感到满意。鉴于过往安排的成功，公司希望进一步扩展其于中国的广告及推广业务。鉴于京基集团持有多个项目，推广合作框架协议为公司进一步发展其于中国的市场提供了良机。另一方面，考虑到(i)集团于广告及推广行业的经验及良好声誉;(ii)深圳律齐作为香港上市公司的附属公司，与业内其他服务提供商比较，于企业管治及合规方面采纳更高的标准;(iii)深圳律齐与京基集团过往合作的良好往绩，深圳律齐与京基集团已建立有效的沟通渠道;及(iv)京基集团毋须额外招标以物色合适的服务提供商，京基集团认为推广合作框架协议及其项下拟进行的交易对京基集团有利。
