智通财经APP获悉，广联科技控股(02531)午后跌超42%，盘中低见5.65港元，较2月高点51.6港元已跌近九成。截至发稿，跌39.6%，报5.98港元，成交额1023.52万港元。
消息面上，广联科技控股此前公布2024年度财报，收入7亿人民币，同比增加24.9%；录得纯利4444万元，同比下滑13.1%。此外，公司此前公告显示，广联科技控股的基石投资者、控股股东持有的股份于2025年1月14日解禁。
值得注意的是，据机构此前预测，广联科技控股原本有望于2025年3月10日获纳入港股通。然而，香港证监会最近曾就该公司股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于1月2日，有20名股东包括该公司3位执行董事，合共持有3.48亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本94.94%。因此，该公司只有1855.95万股，占已发行股份5.06%，由其他股东持有。被证监会警示股权高度集中后，在未解决股权高度集中问题其入通资格将暂停一次。
